Heyyyyooooo! I’m Joey and thanks for checking out my page! As of April 2026 I have closed Fu’s and merged with long time friend and colleague Rodney Raines at Ace Custom Tattoo. I have been tattooing professionally since 1992. I opened Fu’s in 2001 with the mindset of creating a more tailored environment for my clients, as well as myself. Coming up in street shops in the 90’s there wasn’t much room for custom stuff because everyone was going straight to the walls to pick out their next tattoos. Although I did get to do my fair share of custom tattoos(with a little coercion) and I am SUPER appreciative of the environment and tattooing dozens of people a day, it still left me wanting something more.

Enough about what brought me here and on to the present! My first love is the Japanese style of tattooing, but my versatility has me doing lots of things(you can imagine the trends since 1992) and I’ll do most anything you throw at me. In my spare time you can find me hanging out with my family, eating delicious food and going on as many vacations as finances will allow.
